Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality — including the Phoenix Methodology and related frameworks — are and will remain the exclusive property of Cinder & Crown Creative and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States.

Scope of Engagements

Paid engagements are governed by a separate signed statement of work or retainer agreement that defines scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, payment terms, and revision policy. Information on this website is descriptive and does not constitute a contract; nothing on the site obligates Cinder & Crown Creative to accept any specific engagement.

Payment Terms

Strategy Sessions and one-time engagements are billed in advance. Monthly retainer programs (Creative Alliance) are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has started; cancellation before the next billing cycle stops future charges.

IP Ownership of Deliverables

Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, client deliverables produced under a paid engagement become the client's property upon full payment. Cinder & Crown Creative retains the right to reference completed work in portfolio and case study contexts unless an NDA is in effect.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites not owned or controlled by Cinder & Crown Creative. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content or practices of any third-party websites.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cinder & Crown Creative, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
