He founded Cinder & Crown Creative in Dallas to put that same transformation within reach for other small and mid-sized businesses.

From Rust to Rise: The Cinder & Crown Story
Nicholas Will began his career in the fire of live sports broadcasting. As a producer and motion graphics artist for NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB, and College Football, he delivered more than 4,000 hours of live broadcast for Fox Sports across the country. In the studio, he was essential to operations, ensuring every show went live on time, every graphic was flawless, and every story reached fans with impact. Those years forged precision, resilience, and the discipline to thrive under relentless deadlines.
By 2017, Nicholas moved into corporate creative leadership. At SoLiD, Inc. and later Evans Energy II, he directed multi-channel campaigns, built digital platforms, and launched the Evans Energy 2 App and a secure investor portal. These initiatives blended creativity with technology but also revealed a deeper truth: without systems, even great creative work collapses under chaos.
The Phoenix Rise
In 2020, Nicholas stepped into independence. The early years were raw and grueling, but in that crucible he forged order. He built frameworks for discovery, UX, and delivery, and standardized playbooks that allowed him to repeat success across industries. The "rust" of bureaucracy burned away, replaced with lean, modular systems that could scale.
By 2025, those frameworks evolved into Cinder & Crown Creative. Here, Nicholas extended his philosophy with the Phoenix Model: Burn inefficiency. Rise with systems. Crown leaders with clarity. Unlike traditional agencies, Cinder & Crown is fueled by both personal process and SI agents that amplify human potential. Creative agents supercharge branding, operational agents automate workflows, and strategic agents uncover insights that once took teams months to surface.
